In a heartfelt post, Paloma shared a picture of herself holding her newborn’s hand and wrote, “On Friday, March 6th, I had my third baby, a little boy… He was a bit early and ended up in NICU for 3 days. The midwives and team around me were incredible. Today we go home! As usual, it’s not easy, I’m engorged already, day three intrusive thoughts, in love with my partner and my kids more than ever. Just taking it all slow. C-sections ARE PAINFUL! He’s perfect and wonderful. Breastfeeding is hard!”

A Complicated Birth Journey

Paloma’s third birth wasn’t without its challenges. After her baby boy was born a little earlier than expected, he spent three days in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) before being able to come home with his mother. Despite the physical and emotional toll, Paloma expressed gratitude for the incredible care provided by the midwives and medical team at St. Mary’s.

Paloma’s Bold Opinions on Gender and Motherhood

In the lead-up to her baby’s arrival, Paloma made headlines for her outspoken views on gender reveals. In a playful yet provocative Instagram video, she mockingly held both a pink and blue balloon, teasing her followers with the idea of revealing the baby’s gender before dramatically letting the balloons deflate. She followed up by saying, “Does it really matter? It’s 2026 – do we even give a s**t about gender anymore?!”

Paloma’s humor and unapologetic stance on motherhood have made her an outspoken figure in the entertainment world, especially regarding her own experiences of breastfeeding and body changes following childbirth.
