Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury have finally revealed the name of their newborn son — and chose one of the boxer’s biggest nights to share it with the world.
The couple confirmed they have named their baby boy Midas, with Tommy proudly displaying the name across his boxing outfit before facing former World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall in Manchester.
As Tommy made his way towards the ring at the AO Arena on Saturday, the name “Midas” could be clearly seen emblazoned on his vest.
The deeply personal tribute marked the first public confirmation of the name, less than two weeks after Molly-Mae gave birth to the couple’s second child.
A special name reveal
Molly-Mae, 27, had previously hinted that the couple might announce their son’s name through Tommy’s fight clothing.
The influencer has often helped design the boxer’s shorts and robes, which regularly carry the name of their three-year-old daughter, Bambi.
Speaking before the fight, Molly-Mae said she did not want their second child to be left out of the tradition.
She wondered aloud whether placing the baby’s name on Tommy’s shorts could become their official announcement.
“That would actually be quite cool,” she said at the time.
The couple ultimately followed through with the idea, turning Tommy’s ring walk into an emotional family moment.
Molly-Mae supports Tommy days after giving birth
Molly-Mae attended the Manchester event in an elegant white dress, proudly watching Tommy return to the ring.
Her appearance came only days after welcoming Midas, following a birth at London’s Portland Hospital.
The private maternity hospital offers premium birth packages reportedly costing as much as £30,000.
Despite still being in the early days of recovery, Molly-Mae travelled to the arena to support her fiancé as he faced Hall.
Her attendance was particularly meaningful after reports that Tommy had been forced to leave his family and return to training camp less than 24 hours after the birth.
The boxer was said to have been devastated by the timing but remained committed to preparing for the fight.
Nursery offered an early clue
Fans had already been searching for clues after Molly-Mae’s interior designer shared images of the baby’s space-themed nursery.
The luxurious room featured celestial decorations and an enormous moon-shaped ceiling light.
The design prompted speculation that the child’s name might be connected to the sky, stars or mythology.
Molly-Mae had previously told followers that the name could be difficult for some people to pronounce.
She also said it was unusual, although perhaps not quite as distinctive as Bambi.
According to the former Love Island star, she knew only one other child with the same name.
Fans guessed everything except Midas
In the days after the birth, followers proposed a long list of possible names.
Suggestions included Miffy, Bunny, Dream, Dusk and Cloud.
Some became convinced the baby would be called Miffy after Bambi was photographed wearing a shirt featuring the fictional rabbit from Dick Bruna’s famous children’s books.
Others focused on the nursery’s celestial theme.
But the couple kept the real name private until Tommy stepped towards the ring wearing it proudly across his clothing.
The name Midas is associated with the ancient Greek king whose touch famously turned everything to gold.
A different newborn experience
Molly-Mae has spoken openly about how different motherhood feels the second time around.
After Midas’s birth, she thanked her son for helping to heal the fears she carried from her first experience of the newborn stage.
“The peace and happiness I feel this time around is something I wished for but didn’t know would come,” she wrote alongside a photograph of the baby.
She described the contrast with the weeks following Bambi’s birth as “indescribable.”
Molly-Mae previously admitted that she had found the newborn stage with her daughter overwhelmingly difficult and daunting.
She said the experience had been so challenging that, in 2025, the thought of seeing another positive pregnancy test would have terrified her.
But after welcoming Midas, the influencer said she had finally been able to enjoy the peaceful “baby bubble” she once feared she might never experience.
Bambi meets her little brother
The couple have also shared tender footage of Bambi meeting the newest member of their family.
In one video, Tommy carried the toddler into the hospital before helping her hold her baby brother.
Molly-Mae gently asked whether she liked him, and Bambi replied: “Yes.”
The proud mother captioned the clip: “There’s your little brother.”
Molly-Mae and Tommy had discovered they were expecting a boy early in the pregnancy.
They later shared footage of Tommy bursting a balloon that released blue confetti as Bambi watched beside them.
“Nearly nine months on from finding out we’d been blessed with a boy, and I still can’t believe it,” Molly-Mae wrote.

Tommy has regularly used his boxing outfits to honour Bambi, ensuring she remains part of the biggest nights of his sporting career.
The addition of Midas’s name continued that family tradition while giving fans the reveal they had been eagerly awaiting.
