The reality star and her fiancé, Casey Johnson, 29, already share two children, Rox, five, and Oax, two. In the finale, the couple’s heartfelt journey to welcome Kixee into the world was aired, showing Casey by Marnie’s side in the operating room as she prepared for a C-section.
“I always feel like at this kind of moment that I feel a bit useless, I feel like a spare part,” Casey said, reflecting on the overwhelming situation. “I just feel like the only thing I can do is be there for Marnie emotionally. So I’m by her side and holding her hand, and let’s get through this.”
The emotional scene unfolded as Marnie was wheeled into the ward, visibly overwhelmed, saying, “Oh my, God,” before breaking into laughter as her third child arrived. Baby Kixee’s cry could be heard, confirming her safe arrival, and nurses wrapped her up in a blanket as Marnie marveled at her newborn, fighting back tears.
