Lottie Moss’s Company Enters Liquidation Amid Unpaid Six-Figure Tax Bill
Lottie Moss’s business, LottieM Ltd, has entered liquidation after the model accumulated a significant tax debt that she is unable to settle.
The Daily Mail has exclusively learned that the 28-year-old influencer, who once earned up to £30,000 a month on the adult content platform OnlyFans, now faces mounting financial pressures. Her substantial income sharply declined after she quit the platform last year, leading to an inability to clear her outstanding HMRC bill.
During the pandemic, Lottie drew from the cash reserves within her company to support herself as her earnings dwindled, but this left the business without the necessary funds to meet her tax obligations. Despite efforts to diversify her income through ventures such as a new YouTube channel, these initiatives have yet to produce enough revenue to address her debts.
An insider shared with the Daily Mail: “Lottie is extremely embarrassed by this situation. She has made the difficult decision to liquidate her company due to her inability to pay off the tax bills. While she earned a significant income from OnlyFans, the tax issues have been an ongoing concern for years.”
Known as the half-sister of supermodel Kate Moss, Lottie Moss’s shift away from OnlyFans in pursuit of a more entrepreneurial path has been challenging. She’s since focused on commercial modelling and entertainment opportunities. However, her new ventures have not yet yielded the necessary financial return to prevent the insolvency of her company.
A source close to the model said: “Lottie wants a fresh start and is concentrating on rebuilding her career. The struggles of the past few years have made her determined to move forward.”
Lottie Moss’s decision to leave the adult platform was also motivated by her desire to pursue more traditional modelling opportunities and diversify her career. Her exit from OnlyFans marked the beginning of a rebranding effort, as she now seeks high-end modelling contracts and brand endorsements.
Recently, Lottie appeared as a coach on Germany’s Next Top Model hosted by Heidi Klum, and graced the cover of F Magazine in Italy.
The former Made in Chelsea star has also been open about her personal struggles, including a battle with drug addiction and mental health issues. In a candid TikTok post last year, Lottie admitted to battling depression and anxiety, revealing that her early years in modelling led her down a difficult path.
In a statement, Lottie’s spokesperson explained the company’s financial difficulties, stating: “The failure of LottieM Ltd was primarily due to historical debts stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic. Lottie’s income dramatically declined during this period, and despite efforts to rebuild, the company was unable to recover and has now ceased trading.”
As Lottie moves forward, her focus is on her mental well-being, her growing career in mainstream modelling, and leaving the past behind.
