TV presenter Josie Gibson has bravely shared her struggles with health and stress following a challenging home renovation project. The This Morning star, who moved into a caravan while working on her dream eco-friendly home in Somerset, admitted that the process has taken a toll on her well-being.
“I’ve bitten off more than I can chew,” Josie confessed. The stress has been overwhelming, even affecting her eyesight. Adding to the chaos, she got locked out of the caravan, with a locksmith charging her £154 to get back in. 💸
Despite the challenges, Josie remains determined, revealing that once the renovations are done, she plans to live off-grid with her son Reggie. 🌿
Josie also opened up about battling lipoedema, a condition that causes fat to build up in certain areas of the body, which led her to undergo surgery as a “last resort.”
