Jane Seymour, the legendary Bond girl and star of Live And Let Die, has revealed the secret behind her stunning, age-defying figure at 75: she eats just one full meal a day.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Jane explained that she skips breakfast — opting instead for a cup of coffee — and focuses her energy on a hearty lunch. “It’s all about the afternoon meal,” she said. “I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my backyard which I love to use.”

The star supplements her daily intake with healthy snacks, including pistachios, cold veggies like cucumbers and celery, and hummus. “People ask me if I have a cheat day,” she added. “I’m never on a diet, I just make good choices and stick with them. If you find healthy foods you love, you never feel shorted.”
Jane, who famously played Solitaire in the 1973 James Bond film, has continued to impress audiences with her roles, most recently starring as a retired literature teacher turned amateur detective in the Irish mystery series Harry Wild (2024). Her approach to food and fitness clearly reflects a balance of discipline and enjoyment, proving that age is just a number when it comes to health and beauty.
