Harper Beckham Makes Brief Visit To Brooklyn’s Los Angeles Home As Family Rift Deepens
Harper Beckham reportedly made an unannounced visit to the Los Angeles home of her eldest brother Brooklyn as tensions within the famous family continue to dominate headlines.
The 14-year-old was seen arriving at Brooklyn’s luxury Beverly Hills apartment in an SUV during a trip to California with her parents, David and Victoria Beckham.
However, the apparent attempt to see her brother lasted less than a minute.
According to Page Six, Harper left only seconds after arriving and did not meet Brooklyn. A source later claimed that the 27-year-old aspiring chef and his wife, actress Nicola Peltz Beckham, were away from the property at the time.
Harper had travelled to the United States to support her father as he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
David, 51, attended the ceremony alongside Victoria and their children Romeo, Cruz and Harper. Brooklyn and Nicola were notably absent.
The brief visit to Brooklyn’s home has prompted speculation that Harper may have hoped to ease the strain between her brother and the rest of the family.
She has largely remained outside the increasingly public disagreement, but her reported journey to the apartment suggests she may still be seeking contact with Brooklyn despite the widening divide.
The family dispute escalated earlier this year when Brooklyn published a lengthy and highly critical statement about his parents.
In a series of Instagram posts, he claimed that David and Victoria had attempted to control the public narrative surrounding their family and had repeatedly interfered in his relationship with Nicola.
Brooklyn also said he had experienced severe anxiety while growing up and claimed that he had only found peace after distancing himself from his relatives.
He stated that he did not wish to reconcile with his family and insisted he was finally standing up for himself.
The accusations reportedly left David and Victoria shocked and devastated.
Those close to the couple have maintained that they love their eldest son and remain hopeful that the relationship can eventually be repaired.
The tension was particularly visible during David’s Hollywood ceremony this week.
While speaking at the unveiling of his star, the former England captain became emotional as he thanked his family and described his children as the reason he gets out of bed every morning.
He said he hoped they would one day bring his grandchildren to the landmark and tell them about “a boy who had a big dream”.
David did not name his children individually, and Brooklyn made no public acknowledgement of his father’s achievement.
When later questioned about the family situation, David declined to discuss Brooklyn directly and said the matter was private.
The Beckham feud is believed to have been building for months, with tensions reportedly dating back to Brooklyn and Nicola’s 2022 wedding.
Brooklyn has alleged that Victoria withdrew from making Nicola’s wedding dress at short notice and later disrupted the couple’s planned first dance.
He also accused members of the family of making Nicola feel unwelcome and claimed his parents had repeatedly tried to damage their relationship.
David and Victoria have not publicly addressed the accusations in detail.
Brooklyn’s career has meanwhile faced separate difficulties, including a series of trademark disputes connected to his food and hot sauce businesses.
His attempts to register certain brand names have reportedly drawn objections from established companies, adding further pressure during an already turbulent period.
Despite the increasingly bitter public exchanges, Harper’s fleeting visit may be viewed as a sign that some family connections remain.
There is no suggestion that Brooklyn deliberately refused to see his sister, and reports indicate that he and Nicola simply were not at home when she arrived.
For now, however, the separation between Brooklyn and the rest of the Beckham family appears to remain firmly in place.
