Amy Walsh, best known for her role as Tracy Metcalfe on Emmerdale, has welcomed her second child with her husband, EastEnders star Toby Alexander-Smith. The couple, who are already parents to three-year-old Bonnie, announced the arrival of their baby girl in the most heartwarming way — with a sweet, black-and-white photo of their newborn daughter’s tiny feet, dressed in a flower-patterned baby grow.

Amy, 38, took to social media on Monday, 23 March, to share the joyous news with her followers. While the name of the baby hasn’t been revealed yet, Amy gave a heartfelt update, saying she had been in “the most magical bubble” with her family since the baby’s arrival. She also reflected on the experience of labor, writing, “This time last week I was heading into established labour. We’ve been in the most magical bubble ever since.”

Fans, friends, and family immediately flooded the post with messages of congratulations. Amy’s sister, Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh, was among the first to comment, sharing a string of star emojis in excitement. Isabel Hodgkins, who plays Victoria Sugden on Emmerdale and is also on maternity leave, shared her joy, writing: “Amazing!!” Coronation Street boss Kate Brooks also expressed her delight, saying: “The most beautiful news. The actress had previously shared her pregnancy journey with fans, revealing in a video during Christmas that she was expecting a girl. In a video posted on Boxing Day, she showed her daughter Bonnie sitting with her cousins and asking, “When it’s your last Christmas before becoming a big sister… will I still be the only girl in the family?”
