Pop superstar Dua Lipa, 29, and actor Callum Turner, 35, have officially married in an intimate ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall, London, witnessed by close friends and family. The couple exchanged vows in a private setting at the Westminster registry office before stepping out hand-in-hand to a celebratory shower of confetti and the applause of their loved ones.
Dua, resplendent in a white gown, matching gloves, and a stylish hat, held the arm of her new husband, who looked dapper in a navy suit and tie. Eight of their closest friends and relatives flanked the grand staircase, marking the occasion with joy as the newlyweds departed in a classic black taxi.
This modest civil ceremony legally formalised their marriage ahead of a lavish three-day wedding celebration in Sicily. The multi-day event will feature high-profile guests from the entertainment world, including fellow musicians Charli XCX and Tove Lo, with speculation that Sir Elton John may perform, in tribute to his past collaborations with Dua.
The couple’s journey to marriage began when Turner, a candidate for the James Bond role, proposed in December 2024 after just one year of dating. Dua confirmed the engagement in a British Vogue interview last year, describing the engagement ring as a personalised design arranged with the help of her sister, Rina.
