And I have two gorgeous nephews, who I love to pieces.”
Despite the pain, Amy remains hopeful, acknowledging that this is a journey they’ll cross when it comes. “But we will cross that bridge when it comes to it,” she said, maintaining a glimmer of optimism in the face of her fears.

Amy’s heartbreaking admission comes two years after her oncologist told her it would be too soon to discuss having children, as she needed to remain cancer-free for at least two years. “When I spoke to my oncologist, he said we wouldn’t speak about it until at least January because he recommended at least two years of being cancer-free,” Amy revealed. “It was within the first two years that you’re more at risk of the cancer returning.”
Having faced intense physical and emotional battles throughout her cancer treatment, Amy has now shifted her focus to becoming a mother. “I’ll explore every option going,” she said, determined to do whatever it takes to make her dream of having children a reality.
