Set one year after the shocking events of Season 1, we catch up with Huw (played by Jason Watkins), who is still recovering from a brutal stabbing. Now, Huw believes he’s escaped the psychological grip of the serial killer Patrick (Robson Green), who is behind bars. Seeking peace and tranquility, Huw and his wife Alice (Sunetra Sarker) retreat to an isolated house by the sea, hoping to rebuild a normal life. But, as Huw soon realizes, peace is nothing more than an illusion.

“I can’t wait to get started on The Game Season 2,” says Jason Watkins. “Huw has been through so much, and there’s no relief for him in this series. I’m excited to see where his journey takes him next.”

Meanwhile, Robson Green teases: “Patrick is back with a vengeance, pulling strings in ways you won’t expect. Season 2 is going to be another brilliant ride for the audience.”

Alongside the returning stars, Season 2 introduces a star-studded cast, including Sonny Ashbourne Serkis (The Witcher), Tanya Franks (Broadchurch), Dominic Rowan (The Crown), Amanda Bright (The Buccaneers), Richard Pepple (The Hack), Carl Rice (Brassic), and Connor Calland (Adolescence).
