Spencer Matthews and Vogue Share Plans for Fifth Child Following Miscarriage
After opening up about the heartbreak of a previous miscarriage, Spencer Matthews and Vogue have revealed plans to welcome their fifth child. The couple, already parents to three children—Theodore, 7; Gigi, 5; and Otto, 3—are now expecting their fourth and are optimistic about expanding their family further.

In a candid interview with Closer magazine, Spencer Matthews expressed his enthusiasm for the idea: “I love the thought of having a fifth child. Soon enough, Vogue will likely want another, and I am very excited!” He added that their busy schedules are made manageable thanks to the support of a nanny, ensuring both parents can continue working full-time.

Vogue spoke openly about the emotional impact of her previous miscarriage, reflecting on the lingering question of why it happened. “I felt as though my body had betrayed me, and I was left alone, constantly asking, ‘Why me?’” she shared. Drawing strength from the experiences of other women, she found solace in knowing she was not alone. “I realized this happens to many people. When I spoke about it, I discovered many women had similar experiences, and I thought, yes, this is more common than people realize.”

The podcast host also detailed the medical procedure she underwent, describing the swift and professional process: “They suggested a uterine aspiration procedure… You go into the operating room and it is really quick. It all happened very smoothly.”

Spencer and Vogue, who married in June 2018 after meeting during the filming of The Jump in early 2017, now look forward to growing their family with optimism and hope. Their openness about personal struggles and family life has resonated with many, inspiring conversations about resilience and the joys and challenges of parenthood.
As the couple prepares to welcome their fourth child, the possibility of a fifth adds another chapter to their ongoing story of love, family, and determination.
