💔 YouTube Kids star Daniel Coleman, beloved by families as Danny Go, has shared the devastating news that his teenage son Isaac has died aged just 14 after a courageous battle with aggressive mouth cancer and a rare genetic disorder.

The children’s entertainer, whose bright, energetic videos have brought joy to countless young viewers, revealed the heartbreaking loss on Instagram, confirming that Isaac Daniel Coleman passed away on May 21, 2026. The tragedy comes after months of painful updates about Isaac’s worsening health, including his battle with Fanconi anemia and stage 3 mouth cancer, which had spread aggressively despite treatment.
Sharing beautiful photos of his son, Daniel wrote that there was “so much” he wanted to say but did not yet know how. He admitted the pain in his heart was more than he could process, while also describing the enormous pride he felt looking back through thousands of photos and videos from Isaac’s life 😢
Isaac had faced more challenges in 14 years than many people endure in a lifetime. Diagnosed from birth with Fanconi anemia, a rare inherited disorder that can cause bone marrow failure and significantly increase cancer risk, he underwent numerous medical battles over the years, including a kidney transplant in 2021.
But through it all, his father said Isaac kept a spark that never dimmed.
“Your 14 years were full of so many challenges,” Daniel wrote, “but you met them all with such grit… and you somehow kept your trademark joy in spite of it all.”
Those words have left fans heartbroken. For millions who know Danny Go as a smiling, singing, dancing presence in children’s homes, the grief behind the screen is almost impossible to comprehend.
Earlier this year, Daniel cancelled the 2026 Danny Go tour to stay home with his family after revealing Isaac’s cancer diagnosis and the difficult reality of limited treatment options. As the disease progressed, the family shifted their focus toward palliative care, comfort and pain management, determined to make Isaac’s remaining time as peaceful and loving as possible.

It was a decision no parent should ever have to face.
Daniel and his wife Mindy, who also share younger son Levi, spent Isaac’s final chapter surrounding him with love, memories and tenderness. And in his tribute, Daniel made clear that being Isaac’s father was not just a role — it was the honour of his life ❤️
“Remembering how loved you were and how full of life your time here was gives me great comfort,” he wrote. “Being your dad was the honor of a lifetime. I’m so proud of you and I love you forever. Rest peacefully, son.”
The emotional tribute has sparked an outpouring of condolences from fans, parents and families who say Danny Go brought happiness into their homes and helped their children dance, laugh and learn. Many wrote that they were praying for the Coleman family, while others shared how deeply Isaac’s courage had touched them.
The heartbreak is especially profound because Daniel’s public work is built around childhood joy — music, movement, imagination and play. Yet behind that joyful world, his family was quietly facing the most painful battle imaginable.

Isaac’s story is a reminder that some of the brightest smiles can exist alongside unimaginable pain. His life was marked by illness, but it was not defined only by illness. It was also filled with family love, courage, humour, memories and the kind of joy his father says he carried even through suffering ✨
At just 14, Isaac leaves behind a legacy far bigger than his years.
He was a son deeply loved, a brother cherished, and a young boy whose strength moved thousands of people who never had the chance to meet him.
As Daniel, Mindy and Levi mourn this unbearable loss, fans around the world are holding them close in thought and prayer.
Rest peacefully, Isaac Daniel Coleman 💔🕊️
