In his new documentary, Sam is seen sitting with doctors as they explain the reality of his condition:
End-stage liver disease.

He was born with rare conditions, including:
- Congenital hepatic fibrosis
- Polycystic kidney disease
For years, they were manageable.
Until 2024ā¦
When a severe illness led to sepsis, organ failure, and everything spiralled.
š¢ AN IMPOSSIBLE CHOICE
Now, Sam faces two terrifying paths:
1ļøā£ Wait for a donor ā potentially becoming sicker to move up the list
2ļøā£ Accept a living donor transplant from someone he loves
His mum even offered part of her liver.
His response?
āIn the politest way possibleā¦ shut up, mum.ā
Not out of anger.
But fear.
