The 73-year-old TV personality wore a black cardigan with gold buttons, layered over a white T-shirt and tailored flared trousers. She completed the look with black leather heels, bracelets and oversized YSL sunglasses while carrying a drink.

Her outing came shortly after she announced plans to bring her late husband Ozzy Osbourne back to fans through an AI-powered hologram avatar.Sharon Osbourne looks effortlessly chic in all black as she enjoys a shopping spree at Zadig&Voltaire in Beverly Hills

The Black Sabbath legend, who died last year aged 76, is set to be recreated using advanced technology that copies his voice, likeness, movements and personality.

Sharon said fans will be able to speak to the digital Ozzy, ask him questions and even take photos with him. She added that the first stop for the project must be Birmingham, Ozzy’s home city, before it tours the world.

However, the idea has divided fans. Some have called the project moving and innovative, while others have criticised it as uncomfortable.

Their son Jack Osbourne defended the plan, insisting it will be “tasteful” and saying Ozzy had discussed similar ideas before his death.

The companies behind the avatar say the technology uses approved archive material to make the digital version feel as close to Ozzy as possible — while still keeping the rocker’s famously wild personality intact.

For Sharon, the project is about keeping Ozzy’s legacy alive for future generations, comparing his lasting cultural power to Elvis Presley.
