The former Love Island presenter, 41, recently announced that she and husband Iain Stirling had welcomed their new baby, who arrived “unexpectedly early” and with what Laura described as “dramatic flair”.

Laura praised her body after pregnancy and birth, telling followers she had “never been more impressed or appreciative” of what it had done.

“Women are bloody superheroes,” she wrote, adding that every recovery journey looks different — but “wearing big girl pants helps”.

Laura, who announced her pregnancy in February after keeping it private for months, has long spoken openly about postpartum body positivity.
