Katie Price has shared a terrifying update, revealing fears that her husband Lee Andrews may have been kidnapped. The former glamour model, 47, spoke to her YouTube audience on Saturday, explaining that the last time she heard from her Dubai-based husband, 42, he claimed he had been “captured in a van with his hands tied.”
Their final contact came at 10pm on Wednesday as Lee tried to cross the Hatta border en route to a flight to the UK. Moments later, his phone went dead, leaving Katie and his family in mounting fear.
Despite contacting the head of CID in Dubai, authorities have found no record of Lee being detained. “No one can find him in any prison or police station. We’re now forced to consider that he’s a missing person, possibly kidnapped,” Katie said, her voice laden with worry.
She described the chilling last conversation: Lee, wearing a hood, FaceTimed her saying, “I’ve just been captured or arrested… they’re coming back for me.” Three days have passed without any contact.
Katie, who married Lee following a whirlwind ten-day romance, admitted that the entire situation had turned their life into a “soap opera.” Fans noticed she appeared without her wedding ring and had removed several recent photos of the couple from Instagram, further fueling speculation about the state of their marriage.
Lee had been expected for a Good Morning Britain interview on Monday but failed to arrive, claiming he had “things to do,” though he insisted he was on his way. Katie has since clarified that Lee’s social media break was intended to protect their privacy amid trolling and speculation, writing: “We are keeping things between us for now… it’s our life and marriage and we are very happy.”
The drama continues to unfold as fans and authorities alike remain desperate for answers about Lee Andrews’ mysterious disappearance.
