The throwback moment was also connected to a playful Instagram parody with actress Mika Abdalla, 26, from the Amazon Prime series Off Campus.
In the video, the two women recreated a scene from the show in which Abdalla’s character appears in a green dress reminiscent of Jennifer’s unforgettable plunging Versace gown from the 2000 Grammy Awards — one of the most famous fashion moments of the early 2000s.
“I don’t know her personally, but I’m pretty sure that’s JLo,” Abdalla lip-synced to a voiceover from her co-star Khobe Clarke.
