Danniella Westbrook Shares Emotional Surgery Update As She Prepares For More Corrective Work On Lip, Mouth And Nose 💔✨

Danniella Westbrook has shared a fresh update with fans as she prepares for another stage of corrective surgery on her face — and this time, the former EastEnders star says she can finally see “a means to the end” after years of painful reconstruction. 💔

The 52-year-old actress-turned talent agent posted a glamorous new selfie on Instagram after having her hair styled, looking confident and polished as she opened up about the next step in her long medical journey.

Danniella Westbrook shared the latest picture of her face on Friday as she prepares to have corrective surgery on her lip

Danniella revealed that she is just two weeks away from further surgery to correct her top lip, as well as more internal work on her mouth and nose. The upcoming procedure will be carried out by reconstructive microsurgeon Dr Parviz Lionel Sadigh, whom she praised warmly for making her feel safe, supported and hopeful. 🏥

Writing to her followers, Danniella explained: “Two weeks till my next surgery fixing top lip and more work on the inside of my mouth and nose.” She added that Dr Sadigh was “the most amazing surgeon,” saying she feels happier than she has in years and “100% safe” under his care.

For Danniella, that sense of safety appears to mean everything. Her facial reconstruction journey has been long, complicated and deeply personal, following years of health struggles linked to the collapse of her septum after past drug abuse. She has spoken openly about the impact it has had on her confidence, her appearance and her daily life. 💔

In March, she travelled to Dubai to undergo major facial reconstruction at Gargash Hospital in the UAE. That operation included a full face, neck and brow lift, as well as lip and nose reconstruction. It marked a major stage in what has become a carefully planned series of procedures to rebuild and repair the damage she has lived with for years.

At the time, Danniella told fans that she still had three more nose operations ahead of her, but said she was “over half way there.” She also revealed that the facelift had changed her emotionally, saying it had helped give her confidence back. ✨

That confidence has been visible in her recent updates. While the process is clearly not finished, Danniella’s tone has shifted toward hope. Instead of simply focusing on the pain of what she has endured, she now appears to be looking forward to the possibility of finally reaching the end of this difficult chapter.

Her latest post also included thanks to those who helped her prepare for the selfie, including Toni Davina for her blow dry at Matthew David salon and a boutique for her blazer. It was a small but telling detail — a woman taking pride in how she looks and celebrating feeling good again. 🌸

Danniella has credited Dr Sadigh repeatedly for his work, previously writing that she had “a massive amount of love and respect” for the surgeon and thanking him for his dedication. She also told fans earlier this year: “Everyday I grow and glow,” a phrase that seemed to capture both her physical recovery and her emotional determination.

As well as surgery, Danniella has also begun a skin rejuvenation programme involving advanced CO₂ fractional laser treatments. The clinic treating her said the procedure is designed to improve skin texture, stimulate collagen production and target issues such as fine lines, scarring and uneven tone. She is expected to have three sessions as part of a personalised treatment plan. 💫

For longtime fans, Danniella’s openness has been both emotional and inspiring. She has lived much of her adult life in the public eye, from her early fame as Sam Mitchell on EastEnders to her later struggles, setbacks and public attempts to rebuild. Her face, her health and her personal battles have often been discussed harshly in the media, but Danniella has continued to speak with honesty about recovery, regret and resilience.

This latest update feels different because it carries a sense of progress. Danniella is not pretending the journey has been easy. She is not hiding the fact that more surgery is still needed. But she is also showing fans that healing can happen slowly, step by step, with the right care and support. 🕊️

Her words suggest that she is beginning to feel more like herself again — not just physically, but emotionally too.

As she prepares for the next operation, Danniella Westbrook appears focused, grateful and hopeful. After years of painful reconstruction and public scrutiny, she now says she feels happier than she has in years.

And for fans who have followed her through the highs and lows, that may be the most powerful update of all. 💖
