Charlotte Crosby, the former Geordie Shore star, has confirmed the closure of one of her businesses, Studio Yours, just weeks after revealing the heartache of a miscarriage. The announcement comes after a challenging period for Crosby, who also disclosed significant financial difficulties tied to her fashion brand, Pepper Girls Club, in which she invested over £300,000 last year with no returns.
Studio Yours, a creative content space in North East England, posted on Instagram: “After two wonderful years, we have made the difficult decision to close Studio Yours. We want to sincerely thank all the individuals and businesses who booked our space, and we are honoured to have welcomed so many amazing brands, artists, and families.” The company also indicated that equipment and furniture from the studio will be available for purchase.
Crosby, 36, mother of two daughters, Alba, 3, and Pixi, 1, with fiancé Jake Ankers, recently shared the devastating news of her miscarriage, which occurred just weeks before the studio closure. Speaking to The Sun, she described the emotional toll of the loss, saying she had to wait two weeks for confirmation after inconclusive initial scans and later underwent surgery, including removal of her right fallopian tube and ovary.
Despite these personal and financial setbacks, Crosby has remained transparent about her journey, using social media to connect with fans and share the highs and lows of her experiences. “We started planning everything – Jake was looking for a new car, I told my parents and a few friends. I even filmed the baby reveal for social media. Thinking back, it’s heartbreaking because it never happened,” she explained.
