Alison, who once weighed 28–30 stone, revealed how she has maintained her figure through a combination of healthy eating and disciplined workouts, without relying on weight-loss jabs. “I’ve got a personal trainer — she’s amazing. When I’m at home, I’ll have a session with her in the morning, just an hour, maybe four days a week. When I’m working, I’ll go for a walk instead.”

Alison also incorporated Reformer Pilates and early-morning circuit classes into her routine to improve flexibility and stamina. Speaking about her Pilates sessions, she joked:Alison previously revealed how she managed to lose the pounds without the assistance of weight-loss jabs , giving an insight into her exercise plan with her personal trainer

“I’m as stiff as a board, so it’s been brilliant for me. And the circuit class at 6:30am — a full hour of old-school gym — leaves me feeling amazing.”

Not everything in wellness appeals to Alison, though. She admitted to trying a cold plunge pool once, saying:

“Absolutely not! It lasted about a minute. I was like, ‘Why am I literally trying to kill myself?’”
