I’m A Celebrity: All Stars Return for South Africa Edition – Where Are They Now?
A host of famous faces are heading back into the jungle for the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! All Stars edition – and they’re embracing the adventure with open arms! The stars who took part in the Aussie version of the show now look back fondly on how it transformed their lives, and they’re eager for another go at the famous Bushtucker Trials.
Among the returning stars is American pop star and DJ Ashley Roberts, who moved to the UK after her 2012 stint on the show, landing a role on Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway. Ashley says, “I had no idea how much I’m A Celebrity would change my life. It gave me the beautiful gift of living in the UK.”
Also back for another round is Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt, who previously worked with Ant and Dec, and TV personality Seann Walsh, who credits the show with giving his career a major boost. “It changed my life in a very positive way,” Seann says.
Former Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas is also returning, sharing that I’m A Celebrity helped him gain recognition as himself, rather than as a character. “It opened so many doors for me,” Adam says, “I don’t think I would be here today without it.”
Olympic gold medalist Sir Mo Farah is back, too, eager for a second chance. After finishing fifth in 2020, Mo says he hopes to do better this time around, reflecting on his time in the jungle with a big smile: “One of my best memories was trying to do a Phil Mitchell impression!”
Other returning stars include football legend Harry Redknapp, pop icon Sinitta, comedian Jimmy Bullard, and TV personality Gemma Collins, who’s ready for redemption after leaving early in 2014. Each star has their own reason for returning, but they all share a sense of excitement about revisiting the iconic jungle set-up.
With campmates like these, the drama, hilarity, and life-changing moments are guaranteed. I’m A Celebrity… South Africa kicks off Bank Holiday Monday at 9pm on ITV1, airing every weeknight.
