Lisa Armstrong has reportedly accepted a £3.2 million offer on the west London home she once shared with ex-husband Ant McPartlin, finally closing one of the last remaining chapters of their marriage.
The five-bedroom property, which Lisa and Ant purchased for £2.3 million in 2006, was once estimated to be worth between £7 million and £8 million.
However, its value fell dramatically after a devastating fire in September 2023 caused more than £1 million worth of damage.
The property is now understood to have been sold subject to contract after Lisa reduced its asking price.
“The last remnants” of their marriage
Sources claimed the Strictly Come Dancing makeup artist was relieved to have finally secured a buyer.
An insider said Lisa was delighted that the final remnants of her marriage had been “put to bed,” nearly a decade after her relationship with Ant came to an end.
The former couple separated in 2017 and later divorced, with Lisa reportedly being awarded the house as part of their £31 million settlement in 2020.
She initially rented out the property before eventually placing it on the market.
Lisa now lives in another home nearby.
Although selling the house may represent a substantial financial loss compared with its former value, the deal is said to have offered something more important: the chance to move forward without another physical reminder of the marriage.
Price slashed following fire
Lisa reportedly listed the property for £4 million in May 2024, but the asking price was later reduced because of the extensive restoration work still required.
Listing photographs showed visible fire damage across several rooms, including affected walls and flooring.
Despite its condition, the spacious home still offers several luxury features.
These include five bedrooms, an 80-foot south-facing garden, a self-contained garden studio, a gym and a combined cinema, games and bar area.
The outside space also features mature trees and decking.
Any new owner will face a major renovation project, but the property’s size and sought-after west London location may still make it an attractive opportunity.
Ant begins a new life in Surrey
News of the sale comes as Ant continues building a new family life with wife Anne-Marie Corbett.
The television presenter married his former personal assistant in 2021, and the couple welcomed their first child together, son Wilder Patrick, in May 2024.
Earlier this year, Ant reportedly purchased a newly built home on an exclusive private estate in Surrey for more than £10 million.
The sale was said to have set a record for the local area, with stamp duty alone reportedly costing him over £1 million.
Ant moved after selling his luxury Wimbledon property following a planning dispute with neighbours.
His new home is understood to sit within approximately an acre of land in an area popular with high-profile residents.
The move came as Ant and his longtime television partner Declan Donnelly reportedly signed another lucrative ITV agreement worth around £30 million.

Heartbreak brought Lisa and Ant together again
Despite the end of their marriage and the separate lives they have since created, Lisa and Ant were briefly reunited by heartbreak last month following the death of their beloved dog Hurley.
The chocolate Labrador had remained an important connection between them after their divorce.
Ant reportedly rushed to the veterinary surgery after attending a Britain’s Got Talent press event when he learned that Hurley’s condition had become critical.
Lisa and Ant were both able to spend time with him before making the painful decision to have the 12-year-old dog put to sleep.
Reports said Ant stayed beside Hurley as he passed away peacefully.
The loss was understood to have been deeply upsetting for both of them, with Hurley having been part of their lives throughout much of their marriage.
Closing a difficult chapter
The sale of the former marital home now marks another significant emotional milestone for Lisa.
It was the place where she and Ant spent years together before their high-profile split.
It later became hers through the divorce settlement, but the fire transformed what had once been a luxury family home into a costly restoration project.
By accepting the offer, Lisa appears ready to release the final major asset still closely associated with their marriage.
Ant has remarried, become a father again and moved into a multimillion-pound Surrey home.
Lisa has also created a different life away from the property, while continuing her successful career behind the scenes on some of television’s biggest programmes.
The reported sale may not erase the memories connected to the house, but it gives her the opportunity to move forward without remaining financially or emotionally tied to it.
After years of divorce negotiations, property uncertainty and personal loss, Lisa Armstrong is finally closing the door on the home she once shared with Ant — and perhaps on the marriage itself.
