Amanda Holden had fans in stitches after a cheeky confession about her bedroom prowess on a throwback episode of her BBC series, Amanda & Alan’s Italian Job. The 55-year-old Britain’s Got Talent judge and TV star couldn’t help but brag about being “brilliant in bed,” sending her best friend Alan Carr into hysterics. 😂💋
In the hilarious clip, Amanda and Alan were taking a break from their work fixing up their Italian property, with Alan asking Amanda about her sleeping habits. In typical Amanda fashion, she didn’t shy away from the question. When Alan asked, “What are you like in bed?”, Amanda cheekily quipped, “I’m brilliant, apparently.” 😏
Alan burst into uncontrollable laughter, and Amanda, with a sly grin, added, “Of course, I’m going to say that!” 🤭
Alan, not missing a beat, clarified: “No, I mean, do you move around?” Amanda then dropped into the “mummy pose”, lying flat on her back with her hands folded across her chest. Alan couldn’t help but laugh even harder, prompting Amanda to jokingly respond, “I sleep like this, and I don’t move.” 😆
But the fun didn’t stop there! Amanda also made a playful swipe at her husband, Chris Hughes, revealing she prefers to sleep with her dogs over him. When asked about her bedtime preferences, Amanda laughed and said, “Only when Chris isn’t there. My husband Chris, if he sees the dogs, he goes in the spare room because he can’t sleep with them there, they take up all the space.”
Amanda then revealed her cheeky habit, “I often choose to sleep with the dogs! Sorry, darling, it’s not Friday!” 🐾💖

Amanda, who has two beloved dogs, Minnie and Rudy, was at Crufts 2026 earlier this month, where she shared how she even baths with her pooches! She confessed she took Minnie into the bath for a post-beach scrub, much to the shock and discomfort of her producer who was sitting with his head in his hands. Amanda was quick to explain that Minnie “was living her best life” and didn’t mind sharing the tub. 🛁🐕
The audience and fans couldn’t get enough of Amanda’s cheeky remarks, flooding social media with comments like: “Love you guys! You kill me! New series ASAP please!” and “Absolutely hilarious, cheeky and brilliant!”
