Jack Osbourne has hit back after being criticised for appearing “grossly underweight,” insisting he is perfectly healthy and hasn’t lost weight since leaving the I’m A Celebrity jungle.NINTCHDBPICT001082240888

The 40-year-old reality star shed a stone during his stint on the show in late 2025, living off a basic diet of rice and beans, dropping to his lightest adult weight of 11st 2lb. Taking to TikTok, Jack vented: “I cannot believe I’m having to actually make this video… I’ve lost no weight since I got out of the jungle, the only difference is I shaved my beard and went for a moustache.”

Jack revealed his weight loss was part of a long-term lifestyle change. “I’ve been consistently but slowly losing weight for the last three and a half years. I shot up to about 220 pounds and decided to make some changes. I’m five foot eight and a half and 155 pounds — perfectly healthy,” he said, explaining that he trains rigorously at a jiu-jitsu gym.Man with arm around a smiling pregnant woman in a green dress, standing on a sandy shore by blue water.

The Osbourne scion previously documented a major 23kg (3 stone 8.7 lbs) weight loss during a Muay Thai camp in Thailand, later sharing his journey on his TV show Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie.

Jack isn’t the only family member to face scrutiny — mother Sharon, 73, and sister Kelly, 41, have also been criticised for their slim physiques.Jack Osbourne addresses 'grossly underweight' claims in explicit video statement

Amid the backlash, Jack has had reasons to celebrate. In March, he and wife Aree Gearhart welcomed their daughter, Ozzy Matilda Osbourne, named in tribute to his late father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away in July 2025. The new addition joins three-year-old Maple, Jack’s first child with Aree, as the family continues to navigate life in the public eye.

Jack’s candid response highlights the balance he has struck between public scrutiny, personal fitness, and family life, proving he remains committed to health, resilience, and fatherhood.
