Despite her packed schedule, Emma never skips her well-being routine. She credits much of her youthful appearance to Pilates and HIIT workouts, which she maintains regularly. On top of that, she’s also into boxing and reformer Pilates, which help with strength and flexibility. 🥊💪

Before giving birth to her third child, Trixie, in 2016, Emma admitted she had a sporadic approach to exerciseHer fitness trainer, Rob Solly, worked with her to create a personalized plan, including stress management and sleep patterns to enhance her workouts. “Training while pregnant really helped me get in shape before giving birth,” Emma said. “I do full-body workouts, boxing, and lots of leg and back work to stay toned.” 🏋️‍♀️
