💖 Scarlett Moffatt is stepping into motherhood once again with a completely new mindset — one filled with gratitude, confidence and love for the body she once struggled so hard to accept.
The former Gogglebox and I’m A Celebrity star, 35, recently shared the joyful news that she is expecting her second child, a baby boy with fiancé Scott Dobinson, after previously opening up about the heartbreak of suffering a miscarriage 💔

Now, as she prepares to welcome another little one into her growing family, Scarlett says she has finally learned to stop criticising herself and instead celebrate what her body is capable of.
“I love it,” Scarlett said of her pregnancy journey. “I just think it’s so amazing that your body can create a whole human.”
Rather than worrying about stretch marks or weight gain, Scarlett says she now sees those changes as something beautiful.
“We shouldn’t look at ourselves and go, ‘Oh, I’m getting stretch marks.’ It’s like, ‘Wow, my body is creating room for this human being.’”
Her words have deeply resonated with fans, especially women who have followed Scarlett’s long and emotional relationship with body image over the years ❤️
For a long time, confidence did not come easily for the TV favourite.

Scarlett famously underwent an extreme weight-loss transformation in 2016 after releasing her fitness DVD Scarlett’s Superslim Me Plan, dropping from a size 18 to a size 8. But despite the dramatic change, she later admitted the experience left her feeling deeply unhappy.
Now, years later, she says she finally feels empowered in her own skin ✨
“For a long time, I thought in order to look good I had to hide myself or wear baggy clothes,” she admitted.
“But now I feel so empowered.”
Looking back at her younger self still makes Scarlett emotional.

She recalled turning down a Las Vegas pool party years ago because she felt too self-conscious to wear swimwear — something she now says makes her feel incredibly sad.
“I wish I could tell that version of me how much happier life is when you’re not being harsh on yourself,” she said.
“Because there’s no way I’d say no to a pool party now — even with my bump!” 🌴☀️
This pregnancy also comes after a devastating period for Scarlett and Scott, who previously suffered a miscarriage while trying for another baby after welcoming son Jude.
Opening up about the loss during I’m A Celebrity… South Africa All Stars, Scarlett described the overwhelming grief they experienced together.
“We just laid in bed crying,” she revealed.
“You’re mourning a life that you imagined.”

The emotional honesty touched many viewers who understood the silent heartbreak miscarriage can bring to families.
Now, after fearing they might never be able to give Jude a sibling, Scarlett says the family feels incredibly lucky to be expecting again 👶💙
“We are honestly so thrilled,” she said. “I never thought we would be able to give him a little brother or sister.”
And Jude already seems excited for his new role as big brother.
Scarlett laughed while sharing that he understands there is a baby in mummy’s tummy — although he keeps asking exactly “where it’s at.”
The TV personality also revealed she always hoped for another boy so Jude could have a brother to grow up beside.
“He’s got someone to share his life with,” she said warmly ❤️

This time around, Scarlett says she is trying to enjoy pregnancy far more than she did the first time.
With her first pregnancy, anxiety often overshadowed the experience. But now, she is allowing herself to buy baby clothes early, enjoy shopping trips and embrace the excitement instead of living in constant fear.
“I don’t want to spend every minute worrying,” she explained.
Outside motherhood, Scarlett is also continuing to champion body positivity through her new All Bodies Are Beautiful fashion collaboration with Simply Be — a project she says feels especially meaningful while pregnant.
And family life is evolving too.

While Scarlett took nearly two years away from work after Jude’s birth, this time fiancé Scott is taking a career break from his job as a police officer to spend more time at home with their growing family 💕
Through every challenge — body struggles, miscarriage heartbreak, public pressure and motherhood fears — Scarlett Moffatt now seems to have arrived at something far more important than perfection:
Peace with herself.
And honestly, fans could not be happier for her ✨
